This option is similar to the option above in that it is suitable for free-field measurements. The windowing improves accuracy for most measurements, as in most bands the data beyond 50 ms will be noise anyway, and the window is sufficiently long to extend to very low frequencies (down to 20 Hz). It is the recommended method for free-field reference measurements.
