For this option the distance is detected and computed separately from the various reference responses. This option requires that the delay is measured correctly with your sound card. If you are not sure about that, see the section below.
It should be noted that the distance to the acoustic centre of the source will be somewhat longer than the distance detected to the nearest loudspeaker face, which might influence close measurements.
