Interpolate back to original data points

If  is checked, after smoothing, the calculated smoothed values are interpolated to the frequency points used if no smoothing was applied.

The advantage with the interpolation is that the curve will look smooth and nice. The disadvantage is that the interpolation is rather slow. It should therefore not be used for real time applications.
