Lock program while the wizard is shown

If  is checked, it is impossible for the user to access any settings in WinMLS, except the wizard dialog itself. If it is unchecked, the user can use WinMLS while the wizard dialog is displayed. This is useful if you want the user to change one or more setting in WinMLS before continuing to the next wizard step.
