Apply color changes to all windows

This   setting is only of interest if your setup has more than one window (a window is not the same as a plot, sine a single window can have multiple pots).

If  is checked, changes in the color settings will be applied to all window. If it is not checked, the changes will be applied to the plots in the active window.
