Limit using Time Window upper limit

The user can also select how much of the impulse response should be included for the calculations.

The time window is also used for this purpose if  is checked. If it is not checked, the whole impulse response will be used.

If your noise floor is not stationary, like in the figure above, it is strongly recommended to limit the end of the impulse response using the Upper limit of the time window.
