Move the documentation to the <Docs> folder

If you have documents that you want to link to the  button that are not web-pages it is recommended to move these files to the subfolder named Docs in the folder where WinMLS is installed. If you do this, you do not need to specify any path and the files will be included if you export the setup using File->Export….
