Select a new Measurement Setup

From this combo box a new measurement setup may be loaded. In addition to the measurement settings, post-processing settings may also be loaded, since the measurement setup contains an optional link to the post-processing setup. Thus this measurement setup combo box is able to load all WinMLS settings.
