How to measure room acoustics?

When using WinMLS for measuring room acoustics, it is recommended that a room acoustics setup is loaded. For example, go to Setup->Load… and select the setup named Room Acoustics_ReverberationTime from the list of setups. Then follow the instructions given in the wizard that appears after loading the setup.
