You can make a test report that confirms with ISO 140-4.
In order for this to work, the following must be ensured.
1. MS Word 2000 or higher must be installed.
2. Your system must be set to open .doc-files with MS Word
3. Open MS Word and go to Tools->Macro->Security... and select Medium as shown in the figure below.
After calculation the result as described in the section above, go to File->Report->Create.... You will fist get a warning text and then a dialog box will be displayed showing the report settings.
After clicking OK to exit this dialog, MS Word should now be opened and the dialog box below displayed:
Type in the name of the client, the test number and check that the path is set right. The test report will be given a filename based on this information. You can later rename the file, but the idea is that if you select the right settings now, you will not have to do this.
Click OK to exit the dialog box. Then a document displayed as shown below.
Type in the description. Use the Tab and Shift+Tab to move in the form and make sure the text and dates are correct.
Print the document. After printing, check that the dimensions of the plot on the paper are according to the standard, that is
• in vertical direction, 20 mm for each 10 dB
• in horizontal direction, 5 mm for each one-third-octave band
